Email info@kalaandko.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Returns/exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date

After your return and/or exchange is received back at our facility, we will issue your return store credit or issue a coupon for free exchange.

At this time we do not offer refunds. All returns will be issued store credit (note: store credit codes do not expire)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying for your own return label.
