Can I change/cancel my order?

Please contact info@kalaandko.com right away if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes/cancellations.

 

Where is my order confirmation? 

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact info@kalaandko.com for further assistance.

 

What if I received an incorrect/damaged item? 

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact info@kalaandko.com within 3 days of receiving the incorrect item. Please include a photo of the incorrect item and order slip you received with your email correspondence. If not reported within 3 days, a replacement/refund will not be issued.

 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed or appear to have been damaged by the customer.

 

Where is my package? 

Sometimes packages are shipped promptly, but experience carrier delays. We use the US Postal Service to ship the vast majority of our packages and right now they are experiencing widespread delays due to COVID. While we have tried to provide a buffer for any USPS delays with our shipping deadlines, occasionally packages are delayed outside of our control. If you have not received your package within 

 

What is the return policy? 

We stand by our thoughtfully curated quality products and we want you to be thrilled with your Kala & Ko dog products. If something did not meet your expectations, arrived damaged or you need a different size, please contact us so we can make it right. Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 15 days. Where do you ship? 

We currently ship to anywhere in the U.S. If you would like an item shipped outside of the U.S. please email info@kalaandko.com

 

How do I care for my Kala & Ko products? 

Every Kala Karrier is machine washable and can be used to dry and clean your wet and dirty dog. Pop it in the washer/dryer anytime you need to get rid of that dog smell and have it ready for your next adventure. Wash products with cold water and hang dry or low heat in the dryer. 

 

Do you sell wholesale?

How do I become a brand ambassador?

Things out of our control

Kala & Ko shall not be held liable for service interruption arising from situations beyond our control. These may include but are not limited to: incorrect shipping information, inability to obtain consignee signature, refusal of shipment, riots, strikes or labor disputes, natural disasters, and acts of God.
